In the event you receive one of our marketing vouchers with an Absolute Value discount, the discount is typically apportioned among the items in your cart, according to their respective value. Here is an example for your consideration:

Jamie has a $100 discount voucher. She decides to purchase Item A which costs $200 and Item B which costs $800. The total value of her order before discount is $1000. The value discount will be apportioned in this manner:

Item A: (200/1000)*$100 = $20 off $200, which is $180

Item B: (800/1000)*$100 = $80 off $800, which is $720

The final amount Jamie needs to pay would be $900, after the $100 discount voucher is affected.


Some voucher codes are only applicable with a Minimum Purchase. In such cases, check that your order value meets the spending requirement. The full discount amount will only be given when the order value of open to sale items meet the minimum. Open to sale items are excluded from Non-Sale Brands and Sold by Seller items, sometimes sales items. This information is available on the voucher T&C at the back of the physical voucher or in the email with the e-voucher code.

When the total amount of open to sale items does not meet the requirement, discount will be offered based on a ratio of the sum of items open to sale to the minimum spending amount.

Using the same example, if the $100 discount voucher required a minimum purchase of $500 and Item B (cost $800) is a non-sale item. Thus, only the Item A (cost $200) is the item open to sale. Hence, the discount will be calculated as $100*(200/500)=$40

Eventually, Jamie will have to pay $1000-40=$960, after the voucher with minimum purchase applied.
