Step 1: First, click on the MENU button on the top left corner of your screen. Then select "Login."
Step 2: You can login with either Facebook or fill in all of the details under the REGISTER tab to register a ZALORA account. All your details will be kept private.
Step 3: After clicking 'CREATE ACCOUNT', your registration will be complete. You will also receive an email confirmation along with a cash voucher to get you started.

Go to the sign in / register page, enter your details, and tap Register to create your account. Newer HK mobile register screens show fields such as Email address, Password, First Name, and Birthday (optional)

3. Can I sign in if I already have an account?
Yes. The HK register screen also shows Have an account? and Login now for existing users
4. Are there other ways to sign up or sign in?
The newer HK screens show an “Or continue with” option for alternative sign-in methods Older HK flow documents also specifically referenced Facebook sign-in/sign-up
5. Do I need to agree to any terms when creating an account?
Yes. HK login/register flows state that by creating an account or signing in, you agree to ZALORA’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
6. Are there any password requirements?
Older HK registration flow documents specify that the password should be 6 characters or longer, and you need to re-enter the password to confirm it
7. What happens if the passwords do not match?
You may see an error such as “This password does not match”
8. What if my email address is not recognized?
Older HK registration flow documents say that if the email entered is not recognized, the user will be prompted to create a new account instead
