Self Pickup Option on ZALORA

Moving forward, SF will send pickup notifications through their app. Therefore, customers are advised to download the SFHK app and create an account using the same credentials (email or phone number) with their ZALORA account to ensure smooth and proactive tracking of deliveries and returns. 1. What are the pick up option offered on ZALORA?

There are 3 pick up options on ZALORA operates via SF Express:

  • Pick up at SF Store
  • Pick up at SF Parcel Locker and 
  • Pick up at Convenient Store or Service Point


2. How to choose pick up at SF store as my delivery option?

To choose pick up at SF store option as your delivery option, follow these steps below:

  1. Select "Select S.F. Store" at edit delivery address option on bag page before proceed to checkout. 
  2. Search for your preferred location to show nearby SF store available for the pickup then confirm the branch location.

Important things to note:

  • Due to the storage limitation in SF stores, parcel size is limited to maximum dimension of 70x40x32 cm and overall weight should not exceed 20 kg. For details, please refer to SF Express's website here.
  • If the selected store is fully occupied, SF store will then redirect you to the nearest SF Service Centre and will notify you via SF app.
  • All parcel shall be collected from SF Stores within 48 hours after the pickup notice has been sent through SF app .
  • SF will charge extra HKD 10 daily if the parcel is not collected within 48 hours.
3. How to choose pick up at SF parcel locker as my delivery option?

To choose pick up at SF store option as your delivery option, follow these steps below:

  1. Select "Select Locker" at edit delivery address option on bag page before proceed to checkout. 
  2. Search for your preferred location to show nearby SF locker available for the pickup then confirm the branch location.

Important things to note: 

  • This service only available for pre-paid orders and not available for Cash on Delivery payment method.
  • Parcel size limited to maximum dimension of 37x30x45 cm or up to maximum to 20 items per order (approximately). For details, please refer here.
  • If the selected locker is fully occupied, SF store will then redirect you to the nearest SF Service Centre and will notify you via SF app.
  • All parcel shall be collected from SF Stores within 48 hours after the pickup notice has been sent through SF app
  • SF will charge extra HKD 10 daily if the parcel is not collected within 48 hours.
4. How to choose pick up at convenience store as my delivery option?

To choose pick up at SF store option as your delivery option, follow these steps below:

  1. Select "Select Convenience Store/Service Point" at edit delivery address option on bag page before proceed to checkout. 
  2. Search for your preferred location to show nearby SF locker available for the pickup then confirm the branch location.

Important things to note:

  • This service only available for pre-paid orders and not available for Cash on Delivery payment method.

Notice on Remote Pick Up Surcharge

From 17 March 2025, a remote pick up surcharge will be added for pick up at SF Service Partner Point or SF Locker in designated areas in Hong Kong. The relevant details as follows:

Important Reminder: For customers who have activated the feature Preferred Shipping Address via SFHK's app, the parcel will be delivered based on the shipping address set on SFHK's app instead. Customers who have enabled this feature on SFHK's app are advised to cross-check SFHK's app before placing orders with ZALORA.
