Note: You must keep a record of the receipt from SF Express or 7-11/Circle K/Alfred Locker for tracking your return parcel!
i) For 7-11/Circle K/Alfred Locker Drop Off (Hong Kong Returns)
- Take note of the tracking number found in your email.
- Please note that returns via drop-off usually take 5-7 working days before your return parcel arrives at our Warehouse.
- Please note if the parcel is dropped off in Sai Kung stores, it usually takes 8-10 working days before your return parcel arrives at our Warehouse

ii) For Return Pickup (Hong Kong Returns)
- Please note that the tracking number will be given to you when the rider picks up your return parcel.
- Please note that it usually takes 1-2 working days for your return parcel to arrive at our warehouse.

iii) SF Express Service Drop off (Macau Returns)
- Please note that returns via SF drop-off usually take 3-5 working days before your return parcel arrives at our Warehouse.

Note: Returns made with any other delivery provider (including normal post) will not be paid by ZALORA.
