STATUS — MEANING
Verification pending — Order is getting confirmed at our warehouse
Order Verified — Order is getting picked and packed
Shipped — Order has been scheduled for delivery
Delivered — Order has been delivered to you!
Refund Being Processed — We have received your parcel back at our warehouse and are in the midst of preparing your refund
Refunded — ZALORA has processed your refund to your original payment method
Order Closed — Order is no longer valid for refund or exchange
