Excited to receive your new items? Save your card details on your ZALORA account to check out faster and more conveniently! However, if at any point, you would like to remove your saved card, read on to find out how.
IMPORTANT:
Please note that, for the time being, these options are only available on desktop. However, you can save a new card on your ZALORA app on the "select payment mode" page at checkout.
SAVING YOUR CARD
During checkout
Select "Credit / Debit Card" as your payment method
Fill in the required card details and tick the checkbox "Remember details for next purchase". Please ensure to double-check your details!
Click "Continue to Shipping Options"
IMPORTANT:
Kindly be reminded that once you've added your Credit card / Debit card details, One Time Password (OTP) may not be required for future transactions. Rest assured that your card information is kept safe and confidential with our service providers.
REMOVING YOUR CARD
- Step One: Log In To Your ZALORA Account
Upon logging in to your ZALORA account, hover over the "My Account" symbol and click "My Store Credit".
- Step Two: Proceed To Remove The Card
Scroll down to "Your Cards". Then click on the trash can icon on your chosen card to remove it.
