1. How does X Pay Buy Now Pay Later work?

At checkout, select X Pay as your payment method. You will now have the option to split your payment into three equal monthly payments at 0% interest.

2. What are the minimum and maximum transaction limits to purchasing using X Pay?

The minimum amount for each transaction is HKD 30 and the maximum transaction is HKD 10.000

3. Can I return my order if I choose to pay using X Pay?

Yes, you can - be sure that the item you purchase is returnable/exchangeable.

4. What is the refund leadtime for my refund?

After your return has been received and successfully processed, kindly expect 7-14 working days for your refund to be refunded to the original payment method.

5. How will be I refunded?

Refund amount will be credited to the designated payment option that has been opted on XPay . If you purchase three products and want to return one of them, you will be refunded for the returned item, and the monthly payment plan will still continue until the end of the tenure.
