Missing Return Slip / Invoice

Don't be surprise when you receive your first order with us! Invoice/return slips are no longer needed for returns, except for Seller items.


Tax invoice can be categorized by containing items either sold by:

  • Sellers
  • ZALORA or any ZALORA's external suppliers


1. For Sold by Seller items
  1. Please submit your return request
  2. You must include the Seller invoice in your return parcel when you're returning Seller items, if your invoice is missing:
    • You may request a copy of Seller invoice from our friendly Customer Service team or
    • Insert a slip in your return package indicating your 9 digits order number to ensure our return team is able to identify your order and process the refund.

Important:

  • Exchange is available for items sold by ZALORA and selected Sellers.
  • We do not accept returns for non-returnable item


2. For Sold by ZALORA or ZALORA's external supplier items
  1. Please ensure you have submitted the return request.
  2. No invoice is required in your return parcel when you're returning items sold by ZALORA.
  3. You may download a copy of your e-invoice via App or Desktop by following these 2 simple steps
    • Go to "My account" > "Orders and Tracking" > find the order number you want and click on "view/edit order"
    • Download your e-invoice by clicking on "Print e-invoice"
