How to Play?

  1. To participate, customers must log in to ZALORA App/Website and visit the game page.

  2. Tap on "Spin" to activate the spinning wheel.

  3. Each customer has one free chance per day to spin the wheel to win a reward. 

  4. Customers can complete missions to earn extra chances to spin the wheel. Activities may take a few minutes to be marked as completed.

  5. Rewards will either be in the form of a voucher, cashback or a golden ticket.

  6. All employees of ZALORA, their affiliates and partners including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this game.

Voucher Rewards T&Cs

  • Voucher Rewards will be automatically applied during checkout.

  • Voucher Rewards are valid from 23 June, 12AM to 30 June, 11:59PM.

  • Voucher Rewards have limited quantities, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Voucher Rewards are applicable to selected items only with the exception of non-sale items. 

  • The usage of the Voucher Rewards shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out here. 

Cashback Rewards T&Cs

  • Cashback Rewards will be credited into the customer's wallet between 21 June 2024 - 24 June 2024. 

  • Cashback is valid until 30 June 2024, 11:59PM.  Expired cashbacks will not be reissued and cashbacks are not eligible for withdrawal. 

  • The usage of the Cashback Rewards shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out here. 

Golden Ticket Rewards T&Cs

  • Customers can increase their chances of selection by acquiring more golden tickets through the spinning wheel.

  • Customers are required to place an order with a minimum spend of HK$850 in order to qualify as a potential winner.

  • The potential winners will be chosen at random by an automated selection system, from all qualified entries received and verified by ZALORA within 30 business days after the campaign ends. There will be 4 winners for golden ticket rewards only.

  • The shortlisted participants will then be contacted via email by ZALORA team for identity verification to be qualified to win the prizes and the shortlisted participants will need to respond to a question within 3 business days from the date of the initial communication to respond. The shortlisted participants will receive a further 1 reminder within the 3 business days. If the shortlisted participant fails to respond within 3 business days from the date of the initial communication, ZALORA will send another email forfeiting the prize.

  • Failure to answer the tie-breaker questions will result in the prizes not being granted, and other possible participants will be contacted. The process will be repeated until an eligible winner has been identified. ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the selection of winners) shall be final and binding. No enquiries on winners’ selection will be entertained.

  • The winners will receive an email notification with the prize details and redemption instruction within 7 business days from the date of the initial email.


How to Apply a Voucher?


Terms & Conditions: 

  1. ZALORA Big Fashion Sale Spin, Shop & Win will start from 17 June, 12.00 am - 22 June 2024, 11.59 PM (“Campaign Period”). 

  2. Participants must be 18 years old and above in order to participate and be eligible for the prize.

  3. Personal data will be collected, processed and stored for the purpose of the contest. Please refer to the ZALORA Privacy Policy for more information.

  4. All information published and related to the contest (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software, and trademark) are protected by copyright and trademark.

  5. ZALORA reserves the right to change/temporarily discontinue the contest without prior notice. 

  6. ZALORA reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the contest. 

  7. ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the contest will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained. 

  8. ZALORA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, or withdraw/discontinue the contest at any time without notice or liability to any party.

  9. The terms and conditions herein shall be read with Zalora’s Terms and Conditions for purchase of products from Zalora which can be found here: https://www.zalora.com.hk/terms-of-use/ and Privacy Policy which can be found here: https://www.zalora.com.hk/privacy-policy/ and all other relevant terms and conditions which can be found on www.zalora.com.hk (collectively referred to as “General T&C”) unless otherwise specified. In the event of inconsistency between the General T&C and the terms and conditions herein, the latter shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency in relation to this Contest.
